濕熱環(huán)境下泡桐木復(fù)合材料夾芯結(jié)構(gòu)Ⅰ型界面剝離試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:采用人工加速老化的方法模擬濕熱環(huán)境,通過泡桐木玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料夾芯結(jié)構(gòu)的雙懸臂梁拉伸剝離試驗(yàn),研究濕熱環(huán)境對(duì)玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料(GFRP)面板和泡桐木芯材的粘結(jié)性能的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,90 d濕熱加速老化后泡桐木復(fù)合材料夾芯結(jié)構(gòu)的能量釋放率下降了32.3%,芯材泡桐木順紋抗拉強(qiáng)度下降了11.6%,GFRP面板拉伸模量下降了11.0%。
[Abstract]:The method of artificial accelerated aging was used to simulate the wet and hot environment. The tensile peeling test of double cantilever beam with paulownia wood glass fiber reinforced composite sandwich structure was carried out. The effect of heat and humidity on the bond properties of glass fiber reinforced composite (GFRP) panel and paulownia wood core was studied. The results showed that the energy release rate of paulownia wood composite sandwich structure decreased by 32.3and the tensile strength of core paulownia wood decreased 11.6g / GFRP panel tensile modulus decreased by 11.0 after 90 days of accelerated aging.
