木材趨磁性仿生礦化形成及微波吸收性能

【摘要】:依據(jù)仿生礦化原理,以天冬氨酸為生物分子誘導(dǎo)劑,通過低溫溶劑熱法在木材表面沉積MnFe_2O_4晶體的方式制備趨磁性木材樣品,并采用X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、傅里葉變換紅外光譜儀(FTIR)、振動磁強計(VSM)和矢量網(wǎng)格(VNA)等方法對試樣進行了表征分析。結(jié)果顯示,在低溫堿性的溶劑熱礦化條件下,磁性MnFe_2O_4晶體在天冬氨酸的誘導(dǎo)作用下可負載于木材表面形成趨磁性木材;趨磁性木材試樣的反射損耗(RL)曲線最小值(-12 dB)出現(xiàn)在頻率15.52 GHz時,并且在頻率14~17 GHz范圍內(nèi),試樣的RL值小于-9 dB,表明趨磁性木材具有良好的微波吸收性能,是一種優(yōu)良的防電磁污染的吸波復(fù)合材料。
[Abstract]:According to the principle of biomimetic mineralization, using aspartic acid as biomolecular inducer, MnFe_2O_4 crystals were deposited on wood surface by low temperature solvothermal method. The samples were prepared by X-ray diffraction (XRD),). Scanning electron microscope (SEM) (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR),) vibratory magnetometer (VSM) and vector grid (VNA) were used to characterize the samples. The results show that magnetic MnFe_2O_4 crystal can be loaded on the surface of wood to form magnetic wood under the condition of low temperature alkaline solvothermal mineralization under the action of aspartic acid. The minimum value of (RL) curve (-12 dB) of reflectance loss of magnetotactic wood appears at the frequency of 15.52 GHz, and the RL value of the sample is less than -9 dB, in the frequency range of 14 ~ 17 GHz, which indicates that the magnetic wood has good microwave absorption property. It is a kind of excellent absorbing composite material against electromagnetic pollution.
