【摘要】：利用差示掃描量熱儀(DSC)研究了聚乙二醇(PEG)對(duì)聚丙烯復(fù)合材料非等溫結(jié)晶行為的影響,并采用Jeziorny法和Mo法分析了復(fù)合材料的非等溫結(jié)晶曲線。結(jié)果表明:PEG的添加降低了聚丙烯復(fù)合材料的結(jié)晶溫度,對(duì)聚丙烯結(jié)晶的成核及晶體生長均產(chǎn)生一定影響。當(dāng)PEG用量由0增至5份時(shí),復(fù)合材料的結(jié)晶峰溫度和初始結(jié)晶溫度降低,結(jié)晶速率增大。
[Abstract]:The effect of polyethylene glycol (PEG) on the non-isothermal crystallization behavior of polypropylene composites was studied by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The non-isothermal crystallization curves of polypropylene composites were analyzed by Jeziorny and Mo methods. The results show that the addition of PEG decreases the crystallization temperature of PP composites and has a certain effect on the nucleation and crystal growth of PP composites. When the amount of PEG increased from 0 to 5 phr, the crystallization peak temperature and initial crystallization temperature decreased and the crystallization rate increased.
