環(huán)境及疲勞荷載對碳納米管水泥基復(fù)合材料壓敏性能的影響

【摘要】:采用四電極法測量碳納米管水泥基復(fù)合材料的電阻及循環(huán)荷載作用下電阻率的變化規(guī)律,研究環(huán)境及疲勞荷載對復(fù)合材料的電阻率及壓敏性能的影響規(guī)律。主要研究了溫度(20,30,40,50℃)、含水率(0%~6.4%)、溫度-含水率耦合以及疲勞荷載作用對復(fù)合材料的導(dǎo)電性與壓敏性的影響。結(jié)果表明,環(huán)境及疲勞荷載對于復(fù)合材料電阻及其壓敏性具有顯著的影響。復(fù)合材料的電阻率隨含水率的增加而降低,當(dāng)復(fù)合材料含水率從1.3%提高到5.8%,其電阻率降低46%;在荷載作用下,其電阻率變化隨著含水率的增加呈現(xiàn)先增加后減小的趨勢;隨著溫度的增加,復(fù)合材料電阻率降低,壓敏性提高,在20℃到50℃范圍內(nèi)復(fù)合材料電阻率及循環(huán)荷載下電阻變化率均與溫度呈良好的線性關(guān)系,相關(guān)系數(shù)均超過0.99,當(dāng)溫度從20℃升高到50℃,復(fù)合材料電阻率降低35%,荷載作用下電阻變化率提高84%,表明高溫情況下復(fù)合材料具有更好的壓敏性;在溫度-含水率耦合作用下,隨著含水率增加,壓敏性對溫度的靈敏度呈近似直線下降趨勢,相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.915;復(fù)合材料的電阻率及壓敏性隨著疲勞次數(shù)的增加而增加。復(fù)合材料電阻及壓敏性的變化主要是由隧道效應(yīng)及內(nèi)部微裂紋發(fā)展造成的。
