高鐵剎車片摩擦材料的研究

【摘要】:高鐵列車作為一種交通工具在世界得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,而高鐵剎車的核心部分剎車片的制備至關(guān)重要,本文通過粉末冶金法以及等離子噴涂的方法對高鐵剎車材料進行了研究。粉末冶金制備中,將鐵、鎳等幾種粉體經(jīng)過3h、4.5h、6h不同時間進行球磨,利用粒度儀測試分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)球磨4.5h的粉體平均晶粒尺寸最小,同樣將三種粉體進行壓制測量密度,發(fā)現(xiàn)同等的壓力條件下,4.5h的密度更高一些,致密性更好一些。對4.5h壓制成型的樣品進行燒結(jié),相同的燒結(jié)溫度,保溫3h的比1h和2h的密度更高,致密性好;同樣地在相同的保溫時間下,1200℃的燒結(jié)時間比1100和1150密度更好一些。等離子噴涂中,由于溫度的差異,通過顯微、XRD硬度計等分析,界面處的晶粒尺寸比基體和涂層的要大,界面處的硬度最小,基體處的硬度幾乎不變化,涂層處隨著涂層厚度的增加,硬度越來越大。且通過XRD分析得知,在界面處的微觀應(yīng)變最大。
[Abstract]:The high-speed train has been widely used in the world as a kind of vehicle, and the preparation of the brake pad of the core part of the high-speed railway brake is very important. In this paper, the high speed brake materials are studied by powder metallurgy and plasma spraying. In the preparation of powder metallurgy, several kinds of powders, such as iron and nickel, were milled at different times for 3 h, 4.5 h and 6 h. The average grain size of the powder was found to be the smallest when the powder was milled for 4.5 h by means of particle size analyzer. It was found that the density of 4.5 h was higher and the densification was better under the same pressure. At the same sintering temperature, the density of the sample with 3 h holding time is higher than that of 1 h and 2 h, and the sintering time at 1200 鈩,
