薄壁鋼內(nèi)襯CF圓筒承壓性能仿真及水壓爆破試驗

【摘要】:針對含薄壁鋼內(nèi)襯的碳纖維纏繞圓筒典型結(jié)構(gòu),建立三維有限元模型,采用溫度參數(shù)法逐層計算內(nèi)襯剩余應(yīng)力,并預(yù)測其承壓性能;基于水壓爆破試驗,研究了多纏繞角下纏繞張力、不同碳纖維等級對鋼內(nèi)襯及復(fù)合材料圓筒承壓能力的影響,并結(jié)合鋼內(nèi)襯的聲發(fā)射振鈴計數(shù)特征判別載荷屈服點。試驗結(jié)果表明,含薄壁鋼內(nèi)襯的碳纖維纏繞圓筒的最佳纏繞張力為75 N左右,T700,T300兩種強度碳纖維復(fù)合圓管的鋼內(nèi)襯最大屈服載荷基本相同。
[Abstract]:A three-dimensional finite element model is established for the typical carbon fiber wound cylinder with thin-walled steel lining. The residual stress of the liner is calculated layer by using the temperature parameter method, and its bearing capacity is predicted. Based on the water pressure blasting test, the influence of winding tension and carbon fiber grade on the bearing capacity of steel lining and composite cylinder under multi-winding angle was studied, and the load yield point was determined by combining the characteristics of acoustic emission ring counting of steel lining. The test results show that the optimum winding tension of carbon fiber winding cylinder with thin-walled steel lining is about 75 N, and the maximum yield load of steel lining of T700 and T300 carbon fiber composite pipe is basically the same.
