基于去均值歸一化互相關(guān)方法的復合材料板低速沖擊定位

【摘要】:為了實現(xiàn)無需先驗知識的復合材料結(jié)構(gòu)低速沖擊定位,提出了一種基于去均值歸一化互相關(guān)的沖擊定位方法。采用歸一化互相關(guān)方法,首先對所有沖擊樣本信號和待定信號進行去均值歸一化,然后計算樣本信號和待定信號的綜合互相關(guān)值,最后確定定位參考區(qū)域,通過樣本信號與待定信號間的互相關(guān)結(jié)果來評估沖擊位置。實驗結(jié)果表明該方法可以準確評估復合材料板低速沖擊位置,其中最大誤差為34.76 mm,平均誤差為11.07 mm。
[Abstract]:In order to realize low speed impact localization of composite structures without prior knowledge, a new impact location method based on de-mean normalized cross-correlation was proposed. The normalized cross-correlation method is used to normalize the mean values of all impulse signals and undetermined signals, and then to calculate the comprehensive cross-correlation values of the sample signals and undetermined signals, and finally to determine the location reference region. The impact position is evaluated by cross-correlation between the sample signal and the undetermined signal. The experimental results show that the method can accurately evaluate the impact position of composite plate at low speed, and the maximum error is 34.76 mm, and the average error is 11.07 mm..
