【摘要】：針對(duì)碳纖維預(yù)浸坯的結(jié)構(gòu)特性以及在傳統(tǒng)切割中存在的問(wèn)題,研究設(shè)計(jì)了一種超聲波切割裝置,以PC+運(yùn)動(dòng)控制卡作為超聲波切割機(jī)構(gòu)的控制系統(tǒng),伺服電機(jī)控制超聲波切割刀在工作臺(tái)上的運(yùn)動(dòng)。重點(diǎn)介紹了對(duì)C軸刀具旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)的控制,以保證超聲波切割刀的刀刃方向始終與切割圖形的切線方向一致。通過(guò)上位機(jī)編程軟件編程,PMAC運(yùn)動(dòng)控制卡發(fā)出指令到伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器,驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化切割。該切割系統(tǒng)和傳統(tǒng)切割方式相比,具有效率高、切割質(zhì)量好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In view of the structural characteristics of carbon fiber prepreg and the problems existing in traditional cutting, an ultrasonic cutting device is designed. The PC motion control card is used as the control system of ultrasonic cutting mechanism. The servo motor controls the movement of the ultrasonic cutting knife on the table. The control of the rotation motion of the C-axis cutter is introduced in order to ensure that the cutting edge direction of the ultrasonic cutting tool is always consistent with the tangent direction of the cutting figure. Through the programming software of upper computer, the PMAC motion control card sends the instruction to the servo driver, drives the motor feed motion, thus realizes the automatic cutting. Compared with the traditional cutting method, this cutting system has the advantages of high efficiency and good cutting quality.
