【摘要】：基于鎳銀異質(zhì)結(jié)的光電流特性,通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)制作納米線搭載間隔為50μm的鎳電極結(jié)構(gòu)以及水力聚焦法組裝銀納米線,制得了由單根銀納米線構(gòu)成的鎳銀異質(zhì)結(jié)光敏傳感器。在實(shí)驗(yàn)中通過(guò)在650 nm激光不同功率照射下測(cè)量該傳感器結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生的光電流值,研究了光電流的強(qiáng)度范圍及其隨光照強(qiáng)度變化的關(guān)系曲線。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,光電流的強(qiáng)度在納安級(jí)別,并且與激光功率在特定范圍內(nèi)近似呈線性關(guān)系。實(shí)驗(yàn)也測(cè)定了銀納米線的電阻范圍及電阻率,并分析了溫度對(duì)銀納米線電阻的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)銀納米線電阻與溫度也近似呈線性關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Based on the photocurrent characteristics of nickel-silver heterojunction, the nickel and silver heterojunction Guang Min sensor composed of single silver nanowires was fabricated by designing and fabricating nickel electrode structure with a distance of 50 渭 m and hydraulic focusing method. In the experiment, the photocurrent produced by the sensor structure was measured under 650 nm laser irradiation with different power, and the range of the photocurrent and the relation curve with the illumination intensity were studied. The experimental results show that the intensity of photocurrent is at the Nano level and is approximately linear with the laser power in a specific range. The range of resistance and resistivity of silver nanowires were also measured. The influence of temperature on the resistance of silver nanowires was analyzed. It was found that the resistance of silver nanowires was also approximately linear with temperature.
