深交聯(lián)機織物增強酚醛樹脂基復合材料的固化工藝研究

【摘要】:采用旋轉式流變儀表征腰果殼油改性的酚醛樹脂共混體系在不同溫度下的靜態(tài)流變性能,同時基于碳纖維/銅纖維深交聯(lián)機織物的結構特性設計出針對復合材料的熱壓及固化溫度;通過改變固化過程中的升溫速率,探究最佳的復合材料熱壓-固化工藝。通過對復合材料進行截面能譜掃描(EDS)和固化后的孔隙率測試來對不同固化工藝進行比較。結果表明,通過模具將樹脂基體膠液浸漬碳纖維/銅纖維深交聯(lián)織物并進行熱壓的方法來實現(xiàn)預制體與樹脂的復合,且固化升溫速度為10℃/h時可以獲得具有較低孔隙率的復合材料且樹脂體系中的填料能夠更均勻的分布在復合材料中。
[Abstract]:The static rheological properties of the phenolic resin blend system modified by cashew nut shell oil with rotary rheometer at different temperatures were studied. At the same time, based on the structural characteristics of carbon fiber / copper fiber deep intersecting on-line fabric, the hot pressing and curing temperature of composites are designed, and the optimum hot-pressure-curing process of composites is explored by changing the heating rate during the curing process. Different curing processes were compared by (EDS) and porosity measurement after curing. The results show that the composite of preform and resin can be realized by impregnating carbon fiber / copper fiber deep crosslinking fabric by mould. The composites with low porosity can be obtained at the curing rate of 10 鈩,
