兩種玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料體系的濕熱老化研究

【摘要】:玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料在濕熱環(huán)境下性能的退化是工程研究中待解決的問題,而實(shí)驗(yàn)室人工加速老化則是較好地研究該問題的常用方法。通過人工加速老化方法,結(jié)合露天儲水環(huán)境,研究兩種玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料在35℃水浸泡、65℃水浸泡及鹽霧三種環(huán)境下的吸水率、巴氏硬度和彎曲強(qiáng)度的變化,并運(yùn)用兩種模型預(yù)測材料的使用壽命。研究表明:不同濕熱環(huán)境下,材料的巴氏硬度前期變化明顯,后期趨向穩(wěn)定;吸水率基本符合Fick定律;溫度對彎曲強(qiáng)度保留率影響顯著,鹽霧影響次之;中值老化公式比經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式擬合度高7.6%。
