超疏水金紅石型納米鈦硅復(fù)合氧化物的制備與表征

【摘要】:以正硅酸乙酯為硅源、鈦酸異丙酯為鈦源,采用改進(jìn)的溶膠-凝膠法制備了不同鈦硅摩爾比的復(fù)合氣凝膠,在不同溫度下進(jìn)行煅燒,得到金紅石型鈦硅(TiO_2-SiO_2)復(fù)合氧化物納米顆粒,然后通過三甲基氯硅烷(TMCS)改性,制得超疏水金紅石型TiO_2-SiO_2納米材料。探討了鈦硅摩爾比和煅燒溫度對鈦硅復(fù)合氧化物納米顆粒晶型的影響,并通過XRD、XPS、BET、SEM和FTIR等手段對產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了表征,采用水接觸角測試(WCA)對納米材料改性后的疏水性能進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)鈦硅摩爾比為5:1時(shí)制得的氣凝膠在1100℃煅燒及TMCS改性后,所制備的超疏水金紅石型納米鈦硅復(fù)合氧化物的比表面積大,疏水性能優(yōu)異,其比表面積達(dá)348 m~2·g~(-1),水接觸角達(dá)到154.7°,在構(gòu)建具有納微分層結(jié)構(gòu)的外墻裝飾材料的面漆方面具有潛在的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Using ethyl orthosilicate as silicon source and isopropyl titanate as titanium source, composite aerogels with different molar ratios of titanium and silicon were prepared by an improved sol-gel method. Rutile titanium-silicon (TiO_2-SiO_2) composite oxide nanoparticles were obtained by calcination at different temperatures. Then the ultrahydrophobic rutile TiO_2-SiO_2 nanomaterials were prepared by trimethylchlorosilane (TMCS) modification. The effects of molar ratio of titanium to silicon and calcination temperature on the crystalline morphology of titanium-silicon composite oxide nanoparticles were discussed. The products were characterized by XRD,XPS,BET,SEM and FTIR. The hydrophobicity of the modified nanocrystals was characterized by water contact angle test (WCA).
