埃洛石納米管負載金屬氧化物及其催化性能的研究

【摘要】:埃洛石納米管(HNTs)是一種天然鋁硅酸鹽的中空管狀納米管,價格低廉,具有一定的長徑比、天然納米空間及內(nèi)腔負載容積大等特點,適合作為納米反應(yīng)器,同時其比較大的外表面積和硅鋁骨架結(jié)構(gòu),適合作為催化劑載體。本文以HNTs結(jié)構(gòu)特征為研究對象,采用滴加灌裝法在HNTs管腔內(nèi)分別負載納米氧化銅和氮摻雜納米氧化鋅顆粒,制得納米氧化銅負載型催化劑(CuO/HNTs)和氮摻雜納米氧化鋅負載型催化劑(N-doped-ZnO/HNTs);采用反應(yīng)釜氣相沉積法在HNTs表面負載納米二氧化鈦顆粒,制備HNTs負載型納米催化劑,分別研究了它們的催化性能。采用XRD、FI-IR、TGA、SEM、TEM、BET等表征手段研究了HNTs的結(jié)構(gòu)和物理性質(zhì),結(jié)果表明本課題采用的國產(chǎn)HNTs的長度約為200-500 nm,外徑約為50-70 nm,內(nèi)徑約為15-25 nm,比表面積為33.8 m2/g。經(jīng)800℃煅燒3h后,HNTs的管狀結(jié)構(gòu)依然能保持完好,表明HNTs具有很好的熱穩(wěn)定性。在100℃下,經(jīng)pH=1或13的溶液水熱浸泡處理后,HNTs的管狀結(jié)構(gòu)依然完好,說明HNTs具有良好的耐酸堿性。以HNTs的中空管狀結(jié)構(gòu)為模板,采用滴加灌裝法分別制得納米氧化銅負載型催化劑(CuO/HNTs)和氮摻雜納米氧化鋅負載型催化劑(N-doped-ZnO/HNTs)。運用XRD、FT-IR、 Uv-vis、SEM、TEM、EDX等表征手段對CuO/HNTs、N-doped-ZnO/HNTs進行了分析表征,結(jié)果表明,納米氧化銅、納米氧化鋅顆粒成功負載到了HNTs管腔內(nèi),且ZnO中氮元素的原子摩爾百分含量為1.2%。研究了CuO/HNTs在環(huán)己烯環(huán)氧化為2-環(huán)己烯酮反應(yīng)中的催化性能,結(jié)果表明,CuO/HNTs的轉(zhuǎn)化率大于99%,選擇性可達98%。研究了N-doped-ZnO/HNTs在模擬太陽光下,光催化降解甲基橙的光催化性能,結(jié)果表明,在光照120 min后,N-doped-ZnO/HNTs對甲基橙的去除率為70%。以HNTs表面為模板,采用反應(yīng)釜氣相沉積法負載氮摻雜納米二氧化鈦。運用XRD、 FI-IR、Uv-vis、SEM、TEM、EDX等表征手段對N-doped-TiO2/HNTs表征分析,結(jié)果表明,在HNTs表面成功負載了氮摻雜納米二氧化鈦,研磨和滴加兩種方式下制備的Ti02氮的原子摩爾百分含量分別為2.3%、4.1%,鈦的原子百分含量分別為2.43%、6.52%。研究了其在模擬太陽光下,光催化降解甲基橙和苯酚的光催化性能。結(jié)果表明,采用研磨方式和滴加方式制備的N-doped-TiO2/HNTs催化劑,氮的相對含量分別為0.45%、2.09%。光照300 min后,對甲基橙的去除率分別為8.55%、9.82%;光照150 mmin后,對苯酚的去除率分別為40.38%、74.42%。
[Abstract]:(HNTs) is a kind of natural aluminosilicate hollow tubular nanotubes, which has the advantages of low cost, certain aspect ratio, large loading volume of natural nano-space and inner cavity, and so on, so it is suitable for nanoreactor. At the same time, it is suitable to be used as catalyst carrier because of its large surface area and Si-Al skeleton structure. In this paper, the structural characteristics of HNTs were studied, and the nano-copper oxide and nitrogen-doped nano-zinc oxide particles were loaded in the HNTs tube cavity by drip filling method, respectively. Nano-CuO supported catalysts (CuO/HNTs) and nitrogen-doped nano-ZnO supported catalysts (N-doped-ZnO/HNTs) were prepared, and HNTs supported nano-catalysts were prepared by vapor deposition method on the surface of HNTs. Their catalytic properties were studied. The structure and physical properties of HNTs were studied by means of XRD,FI-IR,TGA,SEM,TEM,BET and other characterization methods. The results show that the length of domestic HNTs is about 200-500 nm, outer diameter is about 50-70 nm, inner diameter is 15-25 nm, specific surface area is 33.8 m2 / g. After calcined at 800 鈩,
