高木材纖維含量聚丙烯基復(fù)合材料的制備及其性能

【摘要】:采用模壓和熱壓兩種成型方法制備高木材纖維含量的聚丙烯(PP)基木塑復(fù)合材料,研究不同工藝方法和木材纖維質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)(50%~90%)對木塑復(fù)合材料吸水性、接觸角、表面自由能以及力學(xué)性能的影響,并通過掃描電子顯微鏡對復(fù)合材料的層間斷面形貌進(jìn)行觀察。結(jié)果表明,木材纖維質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的提高使復(fù)合材料表面潤濕性增強(qiáng),力學(xué)性能有所下降,儲能模量降低,玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度提高。當(dāng)木材纖維質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)達(dá)到80%時,復(fù)合材料仍可保持較好的彈性模量和沖擊韌性;24 h吸水厚度膨脹率小于15%,可在潮濕環(huán)境下使用;表面自由能極性分量與中密度纖維板相當(dāng)。掃描電鏡結(jié)果表明,木材纖維質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)增加可使復(fù)合材料的界面結(jié)合減弱。采用模壓工藝制備的復(fù)合板材密度較大,抗彎性能較好;熱壓工藝所制復(fù)合板材的潤濕性和沖擊強(qiáng)度均優(yōu)于模壓工藝,在貼面裝飾方面具有潛在優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Polypropylene (PP) based wood-plastic composites with high wood fiber content were prepared by molding and hot pressing. The absorbency and contact angle of wood-plastic composites were studied by different processing methods and wood fiber mass fraction (50 ~ 90%). The effects of surface free energy and mechanical properties on the interlaminar cross-section morphology of the composites were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the surface wettability, mechanical properties, storage modulus and glass transition temperature of the composites were increased with the increase of wood fiber mass fraction. When the wood fiber mass fraction reaches 80, the composite can still maintain good elastic modulus and impact toughness, the water absorption thickness expansion ratio is less than 15 in 24 h, and the polar component of surface free energy is equivalent to that of MDF. The SEM results showed that the interfacial bonding of the composites decreased with the increase of wood fiber mass fraction. The composite plate prepared by moulding process has higher density and better bending performance, and the wettability and impact strength of the composite plate prepared by hot pressing process are better than that of the molding process, which has potential advantages in veneer decoration.
