抗微生物腐蝕復(fù)合薄膜材料的性能研究

【摘要】:微生物腐蝕致使不銹鋼設(shè)備及管道損壞,并由此帶來(lái)巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。研究負(fù)載在不銹鋼表面的抗微生物腐蝕材料,對(duì)控制金屬的生物腐蝕,減少社會(huì)資源浪費(fèi)具有重要理論意義及廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。論文開(kāi)展了不銹鋼表面聚多巴胺/硅烷偶聯(lián)劑復(fù)合薄膜的制備與研究。所制備的聚多巴胺/硅烷偶聯(lián)劑復(fù)合薄膜由多巴胺及KH550在室溫有氧堿性條件下反應(yīng)獲得。由于多巴胺在有氧堿性條件下氧化聚合為富含鄰苯二酚結(jié)構(gòu)的聚多巴胺,多巴胺氧化反應(yīng)中間體與KH550的氨基發(fā)生的反應(yīng)以及KH550分子水解后形成的Si-O-Si鍵,因此聚多巴胺/硅烷偶聯(lián)劑復(fù)合膜為一層致密的有機(jī)無(wú)機(jī)復(fù)合膜。由于具有大量的鄰苯二酚結(jié)構(gòu)聚多巴胺/硅烷偶聯(lián)劑復(fù)合薄膜對(duì)不銹鋼表面具有很強(qiáng)的粘附能力,因此薄膜在長(zhǎng)期的海水浸泡中體現(xiàn)出非常強(qiáng)的穩(wěn)定性。3-氯-2-羥丙基三甲基氯化銨(CHPTAC)在堿性條件下可以與聚多巴胺/硅烷偶聯(lián)劑復(fù)合薄膜表面所含有的氨基發(fā)生加成反應(yīng),因此進(jìn)一步研究制備了聚多巴胺/硅烷偶聯(lián)劑-季銨鹽殺菌薄膜。對(duì)聚多巴胺/硅烷偶聯(lián)劑-季銨鹽殺菌膜材料表面成分及表面形貌進(jìn)行了分析,測(cè)試了聚多巴胺/硅烷偶聯(lián)劑-季銨鹽殺菌薄膜的穩(wěn)定性及抗菌性能。通過(guò)在聚多巴胺/硅烷偶聯(lián)劑復(fù)合薄膜表面連接枝化聚乙烯亞胺制備了聚多巴胺/硅烷偶聯(lián)劑/聚乙烯亞胺薄膜。并以此為基礎(chǔ)通過(guò)接枝CHPTAC,制備了聚多巴胺/硅烷偶聯(lián)劑/聚乙烯亞胺-季銨鹽抗菌復(fù)合膜。由于聚乙烯亞胺的接枝,聚多巴胺/硅烷偶聯(lián)劑/聚乙烯亞胺薄膜較聚多巴胺/硅烷偶聯(lián)劑薄膜表面氨基密度提高。由于氨基密度的增加,因此接枝CHPTAC后所制備的聚多巴胺/硅烷偶聯(lián)劑/聚乙烯亞胺-季銨鹽抗菌復(fù)合膜具有更強(qiáng)的抗菌性能。
[Abstract]:Microbial corrosion causes damage to stainless steel equipment and pipes, which results in huge economic losses. It is of great theoretical significance and broad application prospect to study the anti-microbial corrosion material loaded on the surface of stainless steel to control the biological corrosion of metals and to reduce the waste of social resources. The preparation and study of polydopamine / silane coupling agent composite film on stainless steel surface were carried out in this paper. The polydopamine / silane coupling agent composite films were prepared by the reaction of dopamine and KH550 under the condition of aerobic alkalinity at room temperature. Because dopamine was oxidized and polymerized into polydopamine rich in catechol structure under aerobic alkaline condition, the intermediate of dopamine oxidation reaction reacted with the amino group of KH550 and the Si-O-Si bond was formed by hydrolysis of KH550 molecule. Therefore, the polydopamine / silane coupling agent composite membrane is a dense organic and inorganic composite membrane. Due to a large number of catechol structure polydopamine / silane coupling agent composite film has a strong adhesion to the surface of stainless steel. Therefore, the film shows very strong stability in seawater immersion for a long time. (CHPTAC) can react with amino groups on the surface of polydopamine / silane coupling agent in alkaline condition. Therefore, quaternary ammonium salt as a coupling agent of polydopamine / silane was further studied. The surface composition and surface morphology of polydopamine / silane coupling agent quaternary ammonium salt germicidal film were analyzed. The stability and antibacterial properties of polydopamine / silane coupling agent quaternary ammonium salt bactericidal film were tested. Poly (dopamine / silane coupling agent) / polyethyleneimine thin films were prepared by adding polyethyleneimide onto the surface of polydopamine / silane coupling agent composite film. The polydopamine / silane coupling agent / polyethyleneimide-quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial composite membrane was prepared by grafted CHPTAC,. The surface amino density of polydopamine / silane coupling agent / polyimide film is higher than that of polydopamine / silane coupling agent film. Because of the increase of amino density, the polydopamine / silane coupling agent / polyethyleneimide-quaternary ammonium salt composite film prepared by grafting CHPTAC has stronger antibacterial properties.
