納米銀導電墨水的制備及電極性能研究

【摘要】:用硝酸銀、己二酸二酰肼和葡萄糖為主要原料,通過化學還原法制備出粒徑為30~50 nm的納米銀顆粒;將其分散于特殊配制比例的溶劑中,制備得到納米銀導電墨水。將納米銀導電墨水高精度圖案化噴墨打印,分析了納米銀的形貌及其導電性能;研究了燒結溫度和燒結時間對打印電極電阻率的影響,結果表明,200℃燒結40 min,電阻率為0.34 m?·cm的較低值。
[Abstract]:Silver nanoparticles with a diameter of 30 ~ 50 nm were prepared by chemical reduction method using silver nitrate, dihydrazide adipate and glucose as main raw materials. The high precision patterned ink jet printing of nano-silver conductive ink was carried out, and the morphology and conductivity of nano-silver were analyzed, and the effects of sintering temperature and sintering time on the resistivity of the printing electrode were studied.
