高溫下阻氣膜對真空絕熱板使用壽命的影響

【摘要】:為進(jìn)一步提高真空絕熱板保溫隔熱性能、延長使用壽命、完善制作工藝,在介紹真空絕熱板基本構(gòu)成的基礎(chǔ)上,對其使用壽命進(jìn)行了界定;從隔氣結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā)提出影響真空絕熱板使用壽命的理論依據(jù),建立了相應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并通過高溫老化實驗進(jìn)行驗證。實驗結(jié)果與理論分析基本擬合,結(jié)果表明真空絕熱板在高溫環(huán)境(50/70℃)中應(yīng)用會加快其阻氣膜的老化速度。
[Abstract]:In order to further improve the thermal insulation performance, prolong the service life and perfect the manufacturing process, the service life of the vacuum insulation plate is defined on the basis of introducing the basic composition of the vacuum insulation plate. Based on the structure of gas insulation, the theoretical basis of influencing the service life of vacuum insulation plate is put forward, and the corresponding mathematical model is established and verified by high temperature aging experiment.
