WC-Co復(fù)合粉的制備工藝及機(jī)理

【摘要】:WC-Co復(fù)合粉的低成本和短流程制備工藝是WC-Co硬質(zhì)合金的發(fā)展方向。為此,本論文研究了三種WC-Co復(fù)合粉的制備工藝:碳輔助氫還原碳化法制備工藝、噴霧干燥加碳輔助氫還原碳化法制備工藝和復(fù)合鈷源加碳輔助氫還原碳化法制備工藝。1)、以偏鎢酸銨、硝酸鈷和葡萄糖為原料,采用碳輔助氫還原碳化工藝制備WC-Co復(fù)合粉,研究了碳化溫度、碳化時(shí)間和球磨對WC-Co復(fù)合粉的影響。結(jié)果表明,在1100℃碳化2h可以得到完全碳化的WC-Co復(fù)合粉,復(fù)合粉存在一定程度的燒結(jié)現(xiàn)象;無球磨處理的前驅(qū)體經(jīng)碳化得到的WC-Co復(fù)合粉的平均粒度為720nm,粒度分布區(qū)間為600-1200nm;經(jīng)球磨處理的前驅(qū)體經(jīng)碳化得到的WC-Co復(fù)合粉的平均粒度為320nm,粒度分布區(qū)間為200-400nm,在碳輔助氫還原碳化工藝中,球磨處理能明顯降低復(fù)合粉的平均粒度,并減小其粒度分布區(qū)間。2)、以偏鎢酸銨、硝酸鈷和葡萄糖為原料,采用噴霧干燥加碳輔助氫還原碳化工藝制備WC-Co復(fù)合粉,研究了噴霧干燥對WC-Co復(fù)合粉的影響。結(jié)果表明,采用噴霧干燥工藝可以明顯降低WC-Co復(fù)合粉的碳化溫度,在1000℃碳化2h可以得到完全碳化的WC-Co復(fù)合粉;WC-Co復(fù)合粉為球形團(tuán)聚結(jié)構(gòu),球體內(nèi)部為多空隙泡沫狀,球體表面結(jié)合緊密而內(nèi)部結(jié)合松散;采用噴霧干燥工藝可以明顯降低WC-Co復(fù)合粉的一次顆粒尺寸,WC-Co復(fù)合粉的平均粒度為130nm,粒度分布區(qū)間為80-180nm。3)、針對碳輔助氫還原碳化法制備工藝和噴霧干燥加碳輔助氫還原碳化法制備工藝制備出的WC-Co復(fù)合粉都存在微量的鎢鈷碳三元復(fù)合η相的問題,以硝酸鈷、硫酸鈷、偏鎢酸銨和可溶性有機(jī)碳源為原料,采用復(fù)合鈷源加碳輔助氫還原碳化法制備工藝制備WC-Co復(fù)合粉。結(jié)果表明,以單一的硝酸鈷為鈷源時(shí),只要硝酸鈷的添加量過高,WC-Co復(fù)合粉在制備過程中不可避免地先生成鎢鈷碳三元復(fù)合η相,這是因?yàn)橄跛徕捲诘蜏仉A段分解產(chǎn)生的鈷一方面因催化作用會促進(jìn)了鎢的碳化,另一方面由于碳化過程中過多單質(zhì)鈷的存在會與鎢和碳形成鎢鈷碳三元復(fù)合η相;以單一的硫酸鈷為鈷源制備WC-Co復(fù)合粉時(shí)需要提高碳化溫度,從而增加WC-Co復(fù)合粉的平均粒度;以2%的硝酸鈷和6%的硫酸鈷為鈷源制備的WC-Co復(fù)合粉中沒有鎢鈷碳三元復(fù)合η相,WC-Co復(fù)合粉的顆粒尺寸為200-400nm。
[Abstract]:The low cost and short process preparation of WC-Co composite powder is the development direction of WC-Co cemented carbide. Therefore, the preparation process of three kinds of WC-Co composite powder: carbon-assisted hydrogen reduction carbonization method was studied in this paper. WC-Co composite powder was prepared from ammonium metatungstate, cobalt nitrate and glucose by spray drying and carbon-assisted hydrogen-reduction carbonization process (1. 1). The WC-Co composite powder was prepared by carbon-assisted hydrogen reduction and carbonation process with ammonium metatungstate, cobalt nitrate and glucose as raw materials. The effects of carbonation temperature, carbonization time and ball milling on WC-Co composite powder were studied.
