【摘要】：將聚N-異丙基丙烯酰胺、Fe_3O_4納米顆粒和染料4-甲胺基-9-烯丙基-1,8-萘酰亞胺與乙基纖維素溶液共混,利用高壓靜電噴霧技術(shù)一步法制得兼具溫敏性、磁性和熒光性的乙基纖維素復(fù)合微球。結(jié)果表明,制備的乙基纖維素復(fù)合微球平均粒徑在亞微米級(jí),Fe_3O_4納米顆粒的添加提高了復(fù)合微球的骨架強(qiáng)度和改善了微球形貌。當(dāng)溫度超過(guò)聚N-異丙基丙烯酰胺的低臨界溶解溫度時(shí),乙基纖維素復(fù)合微球的平均粒徑減小,表現(xiàn)出溫敏性;基于微球的溫敏響應(yīng),乙基纖維素復(fù)合微球表現(xiàn)出與染料溶液相反的溫致熒光增強(qiáng)性能。振動(dòng)樣品磁強(qiáng)計(jì)分析結(jié)果表明,乙基纖維素復(fù)合微球具有良好的超順磁性。
[Abstract]:The poly (N-isopropylacrylamide) Fe3O4 nanoparticles and the dye 4-methylamino -9-allyl -1-aniline 8-naphthalimide were blended with ethyl cellulose solution, and the temperature sensitivity was obtained by a one-step high voltage electrostatic spray method. Magnetic and fluorescent ethylcellulose composite microspheres. The results showed that the average particle size of ethylcellulose composite microspheres was increased with the addition of Fe _ 3O _ 4 nanoparticles at sub-micron level, and the skeleton strength and morphology of the composite microspheres were improved. When the temperature exceeds the low critical solution temperature of poly (N-isopropylacrylamide), the average particle size of ethylcellulose composite microspheres decreases, showing temperature sensitivity. The ethylcellulose composite microspheres showed the opposite thermal fluorescence enhancement properties as compared with the dye solution. The analysis of vibrating sample magnetometer shows that the ethylcellulose composite microspheres have good superparamagnetism.
