一種碳纖維層壓板銑削變形仿真分析方法

【摘要】:研究了碳纖維層壓板有限元模型的構(gòu)建方法,并以某典型碳纖維層壓板為例,通過試驗(yàn)獲得了其材料性能參數(shù)和加工時(shí)的三向銑削力,并應(yīng)用該方法和試驗(yàn)所得數(shù)據(jù)在ANSYS中建立了精確的碳纖維層壓板仿真模型。以此為基礎(chǔ)提出了碳纖維層壓板銑削變形的有限元仿真分析方法,并進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,仿真值與實(shí)際加工中的變形量吻合較好,平均相對(duì)誤差為4.1%。因此可以通過該方法對(duì)碳纖維層壓板銑削變形進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),從而為加工工藝的合理性及優(yōu)化提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:The finite element model of carbon fiber laminates is studied. Taking a typical carbon fiber laminate as an example, the material performance parameters and the milling force in three directions are obtained by experiments. The accurate simulation model of carbon fiber laminate is established in ANSYS by using this method and the experimental data. Based on this, a finite element simulation analysis method for milling deformation of carbon fiber laminates is proposed and verified. The experimental results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the actual deformation, and the average relative error is 4.1. Therefore, this method can be used to predict the milling deformation of carbon fiber laminates, thus providing a certain reference for the reasonableness and optimization of the processing technology.
