【摘要】：研究一種鑄鋼用的低成本復(fù)合型過(guò)濾網(wǎng)。該復(fù)合型過(guò)濾網(wǎng)通過(guò)鑄鐵用過(guò)濾網(wǎng)制造原料SiC加入耐高溫的復(fù)合相材料A,兩者按照一定比例混合均勻,按照正常的過(guò)濾網(wǎng)生產(chǎn)工藝生產(chǎn)。該低成本復(fù)合型過(guò)濾網(wǎng)應(yīng)用于熔模精密鑄造鑄鋼批量應(yīng)用生產(chǎn)。以生產(chǎn)的某汽車控制臂產(chǎn)品為例:1返修率由65%以上降至15%以內(nèi),降幅50%以上,表面質(zhì)量顯著提升;2加工內(nèi)部渣氣孔由之前的5.5%降至0.8%,降幅80%以上;3由于過(guò)濾網(wǎng)的穩(wěn)流作用,產(chǎn)品澆不足冷隔由3%降至1.3%,降幅60%以上。該低成本復(fù)合型過(guò)濾網(wǎng)已全面在公司生產(chǎn)的所有鑄鋼產(chǎn)品上大批量應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:A low cost composite filter for cast steel was studied. The composite filter net is made from cast iron filter net and added into the high temperature resistant composite phase material A by SiC. The two materials are mixed evenly according to a certain proportion and are produced according to the normal filter net production technology. The low-cost composite filter is used in batch production of investment casting cast steel. Take a certain automobile control arm product as an example, the repair rate of 1 / 1 is reduced from more than 65% to less than 15%, the decrease is more than 50%, the surface quality is significantly improved, the internal slag porosity is reduced from 5.5% to 0.8%, and the drop is more than 80% because of the stabilizing effect of the filter net. Product pouring insufficient cold insulation from 3% to 1.3%, the decline of more than 60%. The low-cost composite filter has been widely used in all cast steel products produced by the company.
