碳量子點(diǎn)合成及其在食品檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:碳量子點(diǎn)(carbon dots,CDs)作為一類新型的熒光納米材料,具備很多優(yōu)良的光學(xué)特性。相比于半導(dǎo)體量子點(diǎn),其毒性低、生物相容性好、穩(wěn)定性與抗光漂白性更高,這些優(yōu)良的性質(zhì)使其在檢測(cè)食品中重金屬、抗生素、病原菌、農(nóng)藥殘留與違禁添加劑以及營(yíng)養(yǎng)功能成分等方面有很好的發(fā)展前景。近年來(lái),有關(guān)CDs的文獻(xiàn)綜述著重于總結(jié)其合成與光學(xué)性質(zhì),鮮有關(guān)于CDs在食品檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用。本文介紹CDs的光學(xué)性質(zhì)與合成方法,重點(diǎn)綜述CDs在食品檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用,并提出未來(lái)CDs的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Carbon quantum dots (carbon dots,CDs), as a new kind of fluorescent nanomaterials, have many excellent optical properties. Compared with semiconductor quantum dots, they have lower toxicity, better biocompatibility, higher stability and better photobleaching resistance, which make them useful in the detection of heavy metals, antibiotics and pathogens in food. Pesticide residues, prohibited additives and nutritional functional components have good prospects. In recent years, the literature review of CDs has focused on its synthesis and optical properties. There are few applications of CDs in food detection. In this paper, the optical properties and synthetic methods of CDs are introduced, the application of CDs in food detection is reviewed, and the development trend of CDs in the future is proposed.
