表面織構(gòu)化聚酰亞胺薄膜超聲電機(jī)摩擦材料性能研究

【摘要】:采用原位聚合法制備出厚度約為100μm的聚酰亞胺薄膜,激光熔融法在薄膜表面刻蝕出不同形狀的表面織構(gòu)。研究表面織構(gòu)對(duì)聚酰亞胺薄膜力學(xué)性能及摩擦學(xué)性能的影響。測(cè)試了不同形式的織構(gòu)對(duì)超聲電機(jī)機(jī)械輸出性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,織構(gòu)的存在,使得薄膜的拉伸強(qiáng)度有所降低;摩擦系數(shù)降低,且摩擦系數(shù)更加穩(wěn)定,磨損率有所降低,使得超聲電機(jī)機(jī)械輸出性能更加穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Polyimide films with a thickness of about 100 渭 m were prepared by in-situ polymerization. The surface textures of different shapes were etched by laser melting method on the surface of the films. The effect of surface texture on the mechanical and tribological properties of polyimide films was investigated. The effect of different textures on the mechanical output performance of ultrasonic motor was tested. The results show that the tensile strength of the film decreases, the friction coefficient becomes more stable and the wear rate decreases, which makes the mechanical output performance of ultrasonic motor more stable.
