CFRP高溫腐蝕的監(jiān)測及數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:碳纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料自上世紀(jì)誕生以來在人類的各行各業(yè)都在扮演越來越重要的作用。由于其輕質(zhì)高強(qiáng)等特點,其在航天航空領(lǐng)域也獲得了重大應(yīng)用。但苛刻的環(huán)境會使碳纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料形成各種形式的損傷。其中,腐蝕損傷更是對國家財產(chǎn)安全、人民生命安全、軍用民用飛機(jī)造成了巨大威脅。本文以腐蝕損傷中的高溫氧化腐蝕為研究對象,具體探討了碳纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料高溫氧化腐蝕的機(jī)理及監(jiān)測。本文首先對碳纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料的組成、類型及其損傷、腐蝕損傷的分類、現(xiàn)有檢測方法進(jìn)行了歸納整理。針對飛機(jī)發(fā)動機(jī)中碳纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料構(gòu)件所處的400~1300℃以上的高溫環(huán)境,將碳纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料的氧化腐蝕機(jī)理按溫度劃分為若干個區(qū)間進(jìn)行分析,并利用多物理場耦合軟件Comsol著重研究了碳纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料在400-700℃下的氧化腐蝕過程。借助計算機(jī)仿真技術(shù)以及布拉格光纖光柵應(yīng)變實驗中采集的數(shù)據(jù),本文對利用布拉格光纖光柵傳感器監(jiān)測碳纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料高溫氧化腐蝕進(jìn)行了可行性研究。最后得出結(jié)論,多物理場耦合軟件Comsol能夠模擬碳纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料腐蝕,并可綜合考慮過程中涉及的物質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)換、熱量傳遞、幾何形狀等因素;利用布拉格光纖光柵傳感得到的應(yīng)變數(shù)據(jù)能夠?qū)崟r監(jiān)測碳纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料在高溫下的氧化腐蝕情況。
[Abstract]:Carbon fiber reinforced composites (CFRP) have been playing an increasingly important role in various industries since the birth of the last century. Because of its light weight and high strength, it has been widely used in aerospace field. But harsh conditions can cause various forms of damage to carbon fiber reinforced composites. Among them, corrosion damage is a great threat to national property safety, people's life safety and military civil aircraft. In this paper, the mechanism and monitoring of high temperature oxidation corrosion of carbon fiber reinforced composites are discussed. In this paper, the composition, types, damage and corrosion damage of carbon fiber reinforced composites are classified and the existing detection methods are summarized.
