玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)木塑復(fù)合材料的研究
[Abstract]:In order to prepare high strength wood-plastic composites, the application of wood-plastic composites was expanded. Using poplar powder, high density polyethylene (HDPE) and glass fiber (GF) as main materials, glass fiber / wood plastic composites (hereinafter referred to as composites) were prepared by extrusion injection molding, and the mechanical properties of the composites were tested. And the interface of the material was studied. The effects of the length and content of glass fiber, the concentration of silane coupling agent (KH550), the content of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene (MAPE) and the treatment of plasma on the properties of the composites were studied. In order to achieve the goal of glass fiber reinforced wood-plastic composite, the following conclusion is drawn from the experimental study: 1. Adding glass fiber to wood flour / polyethylene system. The relationship between mechanical properties and glass fiber length and the content of glass fiber is investigated. When the length of glass fiber is 4.5 mm and the content of glass fiber is 15 mm, the comprehensive mechanical properties of the composite reach the optimum value of 0.2. The glass fiber is pretreated with silane coupling agent. The results show that when the concentration of silane coupling agent is 1.5, the mechanical properties of the composites are enhanced by 0.3, and the compatibilizer is added to the wood flour / glass fiber / polyethylene system. On the other hand, the relationship between the content of compatibilizer and the mechanical properties of the composite is investigated. The results show that when the content of compatibilizer is 8, The mechanical properties of the composites reach the optimum. 4. Plasma treatment is used to find the best plasma treatment conditions. The results show that when the working gas is oxygen, the treatment power is 100 W, the treatment time is 90 s. In the system of wood powder / glass fiber / polyethylene, wood powder and glass fiber are regarded as reinforcing phase together. The effect of different ratio of wood powder and glass fiber on the mechanical properties of composite is investigated. The tensile and flexural properties of the composites were better when the wood flour content was higher, and the impact properties of the composites were better when the glass fiber content was higher.
