打印方式對熔融沉積成型制品性能的影響

【摘要】:通過擠出成型制備了可用于熔融沉積成型(FDM)的聚乳酸(PLA)/麥秸粉復(fù)合線材,然后打印成標準測試樣條。研究了填充密度、層厚、打印速度、溫度對3D打印制品的密度、打印時間、彎曲強度、彎曲模量、沖擊強度以及動態(tài)力學性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:當打印制品的填充密度從20%提高到100%時,可以獲得更高的力學性能和模量,彎曲強度、彎曲模量、沖擊強度、儲能模量分別提高了88.46%、44.20%、75.93%、43.39%,打印時間則延長了50.82%;當層厚從0.2 mm增加到0.7 mm時,制品的彎曲強度、彎曲模量、沖擊強度分別下降了42.01%、39.94%、44.27%,但打印時間縮短了70.65%;當打印速度從20 mm/s提高到60 mm/s時,制品的彎曲強度、彎曲模量、沖擊強度分別下降了33.52%、39.71%、37.14%,但打印時間縮短了43.75%;此外,溫度的升高有利于制品層間的結(jié)合,當溫度從190℃升至240℃時,制品的彎曲強度、彎曲模量、沖擊強度分別提高了55.82%、33.33%、25.08%,但對打印時間沒有影響。
[Abstract]:Poly (lactic acid) (PLA) / wheat straw composite wire which can be used for melt deposition forming (FDM) was prepared by extrusion molding, and then printed into standard test spline. The effects of filling density, layer thickness, printing speed and temperature on the density, printing time, bending strength, flexural modulus, impact strength and dynamic mechanical properties of 3D printed products were studied. The results show that higher mechanical properties and modulus, flexural strength, flexural modulus, impact strength can be obtained when the density of the printed products is increased from 20% to 100%. The storage modulus increased 88.46% and 44.20% 75.93%, respectively, and the printing time was increased by 50.82mm. When the thickness of the layer increased from 0.2 mm to 0.7 mm, the bending strength and modulus of the product were increased. The impact strength decreased by 42.01 and 39.94 respectively, but the printing time was shortened by 70.65. When the printing speed was increased from 20 mm/s to 60 mm/s, the bending strength, flexural modulus and impact strength of the product decreased 33.52%, 39.71% and 37.14%, respectively, but the printing time was reduced by 43.75%; in addition, when the printing speed was increased from 20 mm/s to 60 mm/s, the bending strength, modulus of bending, and impact strength of the product decreased 33.52%, respectively, but the printing time was reduced by 43.75.
