混合表面活性劑體系中豐富形貌的介孔氧化硅合成探究

【摘要】:在非離子表面活性劑F127(EO_(106)PO_(70)EO_(106))和陽(yáng)離子表面活性劑CTAB復(fù)配體系中,通過(guò)酸性介質(zhì)中正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)的水解,得到了形貌均一、孔道規(guī)則的介孔氧化硅。通過(guò)對(duì)反應(yīng)物F127、CTAB、HCl和TEOS濃度效應(yīng)和溫度效應(yīng)的單因素探究,發(fā)現(xiàn)反應(yīng)物濃度和溫度的改變對(duì)產(chǎn)物的形貌都有很大的影響,只有在一個(gè)很窄的濃度區(qū)間且室溫條件下才可以得到形貌規(guī)整的螺旋結(jié)構(gòu)。在該混合表面活性劑復(fù)配體系中,CTAB起到了致孔劑的作用;而F127則起到了調(diào)控產(chǎn)物形貌的作用,且F127的濃度需要控制在臨界膠束濃度以下一個(gè)合適的濃度范圍內(nèi)。對(duì)非離子型表面活性劑和陽(yáng)離子型表面活性劑(兩者均為非手性試劑)復(fù)配體系中得到了螺旋狀介孔SiO_2的反應(yīng)機(jī)理進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:In the system of Nonionic surfactant F127 (EO106) PO70 EO106 and cationic surfactant CTAB, mesoporous silica with uniform morphology and regular pore channel was obtained by hydrolysis of ethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) in acid medium. The single factor of concentration effect and temperature effect of F127 CTABX HCl and TEOS were investigated. It was found that the change of reactant concentration and temperature had great influence on the morphology of the product. Only in a very narrow concentration range and at room temperature can a structured spiral structure be obtained. In the mixed surfactant system, CTAB acts as a pore-inducing agent, while F127 acts as a controlling agent, and the concentration of F127 needs to be controlled within a suitable concentration range below the critical micelle concentration. The reaction mechanism of helical mesoporous SiO_2 in the mixture of Nonionic surfactants and cationic surfactants (both of which are non-chiral reagents) was discussed.
