DMC復合材料混合生產(chǎn)線研發(fā)

【摘要】:DMC復合材料廣泛應用于各個行業(yè),如信號盒外殼、車廂窗框、窨井蓋等等。根據(jù)公司生產(chǎn)要求,本文設(shè)計研發(fā)一套DMC復合材料混合自動生產(chǎn)線。本文對DMC復合材料混合生產(chǎn)工藝進行了詳細分析研究,大致分為攪拌工藝、送料工藝和捏合成型工藝。攪拌工藝包含固液攪拌和液液攪拌。液液攪拌的溶液粘度較高,采用框式槳葉。固液攪拌是聚苯乙烯粒子在苯乙烯中的攪拌溶解,耗時較長。攪拌器類型及工作形式對整個攪拌效率影響至關(guān)重要,通過ANSYS數(shù)值模擬和試驗論證,研發(fā)出有利于固液攪拌混合的攪拌器類型及工作形式。最終,選取四塊擋板均布,三層六折葉開啟渦輪式攪拌器對中攪拌。送料工藝主要包括對石粉和玻璃纖維這兩種特殊物料進行輸送,要求高度自動化、精確配料、高效運輸?shù)。為?設(shè)計研發(fā)出石粉塔加料機構(gòu)、玻璃纖維投料機,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)自動配重且加料,按時間要求合理控制加料時間、加料量。捏合成型工藝主要是對捏合機的選型,并加以改造,使其符合整套生產(chǎn)線;為滿足企業(yè)要求獲得DMC復合材料形狀,設(shè)計成型裝置。針對各工藝要求,設(shè)計研發(fā)機構(gòu),并通過Solidworks軟件對整個生產(chǎn)線進行實體建模,計算時間節(jié)拍,優(yōu)化設(shè)計,完善生產(chǎn)線裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)、布局,使之符合生產(chǎn)要求。DMC復合材料自動化生產(chǎn)線的實施,可有效提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率,并改善勞動環(huán)境及減輕勞動強度,這對企業(yè)長遠發(fā)展及經(jīng)濟效益具有重大意義。
[Abstract]:DMC composite materials are widely used in various industries, such as signal box housing, car window frame, manhole cover and so on. According to the production requirements of the company, this paper designed and developed a DMC composite material hybrid automatic production line. In this paper, the mixed production process of DMC composite is analyzed in detail, which can be divided into mixing process, feeding process and kneading process. The mixing process includes solid-liquid stirring and liquid-liquid stirring. The solution viscosity of liquid-liquid stirring is high, and the frame blade is adopted. Solid-liquid stirring is the stirring dissolution of polystyrene particles in styrene, which takes a long time. The type and working form of agitator are of great importance to the whole agitation efficiency. Through ANSYS numerical simulation and experimental demonstration, the type and working form of agitator are developed in favor of solid-liquid mixing. Finally, four baffles are evenly distributed and three layers of 40% discounted blades are opened to center the turbine agitator. The feeding technology mainly includes two kinds of special materials, stone powder and glass fiber, which require high automation, accurate proportioning, high efficiency transportation and so on. Therefore, the design and development of the stone powder tower feeding mechanism, glass fiber feeder, can achieve automatic weight and feeding, according to the time requirements of reasonable control of the feeding time, feeding quantity. The kneading process is mainly to type the kneading machine and make it fit the whole production line. In order to meet the requirements of the enterprise to obtain the shape of DMC composite material, the molding device is designed. According to the process requirements, the research and development organization is designed, and the whole production line is modeled by Solidworks software, the time beat is calculated, the design is optimized, and the structure and layout of the production line device is improved. To make it meet the requirement of production. DMC composite material automation production line can effectively improve the product quality and production efficiency, and improve the labor environment and reduce labor intensity, which is of great significance to the long-term development and economic benefits of enterprises.
