初始溫度及碳源對碳納米管氣相爆轟法合成的影響

【摘要】:改變初始溫度以及分別使用甲烷和乙炔氣體作碳源時氣相爆轟合成碳納米管,研究了初始溫度與不同碳源對碳納米管的影響。利用X射線衍射(XRD)、透射電鏡(TEM)、拉曼(Raman)光譜等對碳納米管進行表征。結(jié)果表明,隨著初始溫度的升高,所合成的碳納米管的產(chǎn)量減少且石墨化程度降低,但管壁會變得光滑且管徑有所增加。當(dāng)使用乙炔時,所合成的產(chǎn)物中沒有碳納米管,而是合成了石墨化程度較高的無定形碳,隨著催化劑量的增加,產(chǎn)物中碳包覆顆粒增多且包覆層清晰可見,但存在結(jié)構(gòu)缺陷。當(dāng)初始溫度在110~130℃時,使用甲烷氣體運用氣相爆轟的手段是合成碳納米管的較佳方案。
[Abstract]:The effects of initial temperature and different carbon sources on carbon nanotubes were investigated by gas phase detonation with methane and acetylene as carbon source. Carbon nanotubes were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),) transmission electron microscopy (TEM),) Raman (Raman) spectroscopy. The results show that with the increase of initial temperature, the yield and graphitization degree of the synthesized CNTs decrease, but the wall becomes smooth and the diameter increases. When acetylene was used, no carbon nanotubes were synthesized, but amorphous carbon with higher graphitization degree was synthesized. With the increase of catalyst amount, the carbon coating particles in the product increased and the coating layer was clearly visible, but there were structural defects.
