開放式光譜橢偏實驗教學中的科研訓練

【摘要】:橢偏法在材料的光學性質(zhì)和薄膜厚度檢測中發(fā)揮著重要的作用,橢偏測量也已納入很多高校的實驗教學內(nèi)容。針對實驗教學中原理展示性不足、與科研實際結(jié)合不緊密的問題,對課程形式和內(nèi)容進行了改變。制作了光譜橢偏儀器件裝配和動態(tài)測量視頻,增加橢偏測量教學中的原理展示性,加強理論貫通性,聯(lián)系科研實際,增加實驗內(nèi)容,通過對不同類型樣品的測量分析討論,培養(yǎng)學生解決實際問題的能力和創(chuàng)造性思維。
[Abstract]:Ellipsometry plays an important role in measuring the optical properties of materials and the thickness of films. Ellipsometry has also been included in the experimental teaching contents of many colleges and universities. In order to solve the problem that the principle is not sufficiently demonstrated in experimental teaching and is not closely combined with the practice of scientific research, the course form and content are changed. The assembly and dynamic measurement video of spectroscopic ellipsometry parts are made, the principle demonstration in ellipsometry teaching is increased, the theoretical penetration is strengthened, the scientific research practice is combined, the experimental content is added, and the measurement and analysis of different kinds of samples are discussed. Cultivate students' ability to solve practical problems and creative thinking.
