化學(xué)鍍時(shí)間對無紡布表面鎳鍍層結(jié)構(gòu)影響規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:采用Pd2+活化結(jié)合化學(xué)鍍鎳工藝制備金屬化的植物纖維無紡布,借助X射線衍射、掃描電鏡、四探針等分析測試手段,研究化學(xué)鍍時(shí)間對植物纖維無紡布表面鍍鎳層結(jié)構(gòu)特性的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明延長化學(xué)鍍時(shí)間,植物纖維無紡布表面化學(xué)鍍鎳層結(jié)晶性能變好。當(dāng)化學(xué)鍍時(shí)間為10min時(shí),植物纖維無紡布的質(zhì)量為0.038g/cm2,鍍層表面電阻率為0.2Ω·cm。
[Abstract]:The metallized plant fiber non-woven fabric was prepared by PD _ 2 activation combined with electroless nickel plating. By means of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, four-probe, etc. The effect of electroless plating time on the structure characteristics of nickel coating on the surface of vegetable fiber non-woven fabric was studied. The results show that the crystallization properties of electroless nickel coating on the surface of vegetable fiber nonwoven fabric are improved by prolonging the electroless plating time. When the electroless plating time is 10min, the quality of vegetable fiber nonwoven fabric is 0.038 g / cm ~ 2, and the surface resistivity of the coating is 0.2 惟 cm ~ (2).
