纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料鉆削加工技術(shù)研究現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】:纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料具有力學(xué)性能各向異性、導(dǎo)熱能力差等特點(diǎn),在鉆削加工時,容易產(chǎn)生分層、撕裂等加工缺陷。綜述了鉆削軸向力、切削參數(shù)、刀具幾何結(jié)構(gòu)等對纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料鉆削缺陷的影響,進(jìn)一步分析了鉆削加工技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀,提出合理的加工參數(shù)、刀具結(jié)構(gòu)及新的鉆削加工技術(shù),對于提高鉆削加工質(zhì)量具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Fiber reinforced composites are characterized by anisotropy of mechanical properties and poor thermal conductivity. During drilling, delamination and tearing are easy to occur. The effects of drilling axial force, cutting parameters and tool geometry on drilling defects of fiber reinforced composites are summarized. The research status of drilling technology is further analyzed, and reasonable machining parameters are put forward. Tool structure and new drilling technology are of great significance to improve drilling quality.
