癸酸-肉豆蔻酸相變儲(chǔ)熱微膠囊的制備與表征

【摘要】:以癸酸-肉豆蔻酸低共熔物為芯材,采用溶劑蒸發(fā)法制備熱塑性樹脂為壁材的相變材料微膠囊,并對(duì)微膠囊的表面形貌、化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)和熱性能等進(jìn)行表征,考察了壁材對(duì)微膠囊性質(zhì)的影響。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)采用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)為壁材時(shí),所制微膠囊結(jié)構(gòu)完好,且具有較好的熱穩(wěn)定性,囊芯含量為18.95%,相變溫度為29.21℃,熔融潛熱為19.94 J/g。
[Abstract]:The phase change material microcapsules with thermoplastic resin as wall material were prepared by solvent evaporation with sebacic acid-myristic acid eutectic as core material. The surface morphology, chemical structure and thermal properties of microcapsules were characterized. The effects of wall materials on the properties of microcapsules were investigated. The results show that when polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) is used as the wall material, the microcapsules have good structure and good thermal stability, the core content is 18.95, the phase transition temperature is 29.21 鈩,
