木橡復(fù)合層積材的工藝優(yōu)化及性能研究

【摘要】：為拓展木質(zhì)復(fù)合材料的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,解決鐵路軌枕等工程領(lǐng)域?qū)Ω咝阅苄虏牧系男枨?研制開發(fā)了木橡復(fù)合層積材(LLVR)。選取楊木單板(W)和氯丙橡膠、丁腈橡膠、天然橡膠3種橡膠片(R),采用W-R界面膠合工藝、偶聯(lián)劑優(yōu)化W-R膠合界面、W-R層間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化三步驟研究木橡復(fù)合層積材的最優(yōu)制備工藝與結(jié)構(gòu)。通過分層施膠工藝(異氰酸酯PAPI用于木材-橡膠間膠合;酚醛樹脂PF用于楊木單板間膠合)獲得了制造LLVR的較優(yōu)工藝:橡膠優(yōu)選氯丙橡膠、PAPI和PF施膠量分別為80和200 g/m2,偶聯(lián)劑KH69添加量9%(基于PAPI樹脂質(zhì)量)。采用該工藝試制了5種結(jié)構(gòu)的九層LLVR,并研究了橫向壓縮和耐老化性能。結(jié)果表明:在未采取任何耐久性處理條件下,LLVR具有優(yōu)異的力學(xué)性能、尺寸穩(wěn)定性和較好的耐老化性能,可考慮用于鐵路軌枕等工程材料領(lǐng)域;推薦采用表層橡膠包覆的層積結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:In order to expand the application field of wood composite material and solve the demand of high performance new material in railway sleeper engineering field, the wood rubber composite laminate (LLVR) was developed. Three kinds of rubber sheets (R), such as poplar veneer (W), chloropropylene-butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber and natural rubber, were selected, and W-R interfacial bonding process was used. Optimization of W-R interlaminar structure by coupling agent the optimum preparation technology and structure of wood and rubber composite laminates were studied. The laminated sizing process (isocyanate PAPI) was used to glue between wood and rubber. The optimum process of manufacturing LLVR by PF was obtained. The sizing amounts of PAPI and PF were 80 and 200 g / m ~ 2, respectively, and the addition amount of coupling agent KH69 was 9% (based on the quality of PAPI resin). Nine layers of LLVRs with five structures were prepared by this process, and the transverse compression and aging resistance were studied. The results show that LLVR has excellent mechanical properties, dimensional stability and good aging resistance without any durability treatment. It can be used in engineering materials such as railway sleeper. The layer structure of rubber coating is recommended.
