雙向形狀記憶結(jié)晶聚合物及其復(fù)合材料的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:形狀記憶聚合物是一種典型的智能材料,具有質(zhì)輕、形變量大、可對多種刺激進(jìn)行響應(yīng)等優(yōu)點.根據(jù)形狀記憶過程的可逆性進(jìn)行分類,形狀記憶效應(yīng)可以分為2種:單向與雙向形狀記憶效應(yīng).與不可逆的單向形狀記憶過程相比,雙向形狀記憶過程是可逆的,樣品不需要使用者進(jìn)行再次變形,就可以在原始形狀與臨時形狀之間進(jìn)行可逆轉(zhuǎn)換,因此其具有極高的實用價值與廣闊的應(yīng)用前景,受到各國研究人員的廣泛關(guān)注,成為當(dāng)前的研究熱點之一.本文總結(jié)了近年來所研究的雙向形狀記憶結(jié)晶聚合物及其復(fù)合材料,包括恒外力條件下(外力≠0)的準(zhǔn)雙向形狀記憶結(jié)晶聚合物,無外力條件下的雙向形狀記憶結(jié)晶聚合物及其復(fù)合材料.具體來說,前者包括在恒外力作用下的化學(xué)或物理交聯(lián)的結(jié)晶聚合物.后者包括雙層或核-殼聚合物復(fù)合材料、由分步交聯(lián)得到的雙網(wǎng)絡(luò)交聯(lián)結(jié)晶聚合物、化學(xué)交聯(lián)的雙組分結(jié)晶聚合物、具有較寬熔融轉(zhuǎn)變的化學(xué)交聯(lián)結(jié)晶聚合物與物理交聯(lián)的結(jié)晶聚合物.重點關(guān)注了這些材料的制備方法、影響因素及相應(yīng)的雙向形狀記憶機理,并對其研究前景進(jìn)行了展望.
[Abstract]:Shape memory polymer (SMA) is a kind of typical intelligent material with the advantages of light weight, large amount of deformation and ability to respond to various stimuli. According to the reversibility of the shape memory process, the shape memory effect can be divided into two types: one way and two way shape memory effect. Compared with the irreversible unidirectional shape memory process, the two-way shape memory process is reversible, the sample does not need the user to deform again, can carry on the reversible transformation between the original shape and the temporary shape. Therefore, it has a high practical value and broad application prospects, and has been widely concerned by researchers from all over the world, and has become one of the current research hotspots.
