車電極用W-Cu復合材料的制備及其特性表征

【摘要】:為了提高車電極的導電性,探索一種共沉淀-氫氣還原法制備的車電極用W-Cu復合材料,并利用XRD、TEM等檢測手段,對制備新型W包覆Cu復合材料的微觀形貌進行了特性表征。結(jié)果表明:W-Cu復合粉體外形為球狀顆粒,平均粒徑約為2.5μm,主要由Cu WO_4H_2O與Cu_2WO_4(OH)_2組成,共沉淀產(chǎn)物并未完全晶化;沉淀物粉體形態(tài)表現(xiàn)為橢圓形的團聚狀態(tài),粒徑均勻,為8~15 nm,同時分散性較好。在750℃下經(jīng)氫還原處理后,材料顆;径家砸(guī)則橢圓形存在,其粒徑尺寸處于20~60 nm之間。WO3被還原為W原子并在Cu晶體表面形核,使Cu被全面包裹,形成各自單獨的包覆球結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the electrical conductivity of vehicle electrode, a kind of W-Cu composite prepared by coprecipitation-hydrogen reduction method was explored. The micromorphology of W-Cu composite prepared by XRDX TEM was characterized. The results show that the composite powder is spherical in shape, and its average particle size is about 2.5 渭 m, which is mainly composed of CuWO _ 4H _ 2O and Cu _ W _ 2W _ 4 (OH) _ 2. The coprecipitation product is not completely crystallized, and the precipitate powder is characterized by elliptical agglomeration and uniform particle size.
