面外載荷下含孔復(fù)合材料點陣夾層結(jié)構(gòu)彎曲強度數(shù)值計算方法

【摘要】:通過實驗手段和有限元方法針對含孔碳纖維增強樹脂基復(fù)合材料(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer,CFRP)點陣夾層結(jié)構(gòu)在面外載荷作用下的失效模式及其影響因素進行了研究。首先通過實驗獲得了含孔CFRP點陣夾層結(jié)構(gòu)的失效模式,其次建立了其有限元漸進損傷失效分析模型,基于該模型對開孔形狀、開孔率及開孔位置對結(jié)構(gòu)彎曲強度的影響進行了探討。結(jié)果表明,當面板較厚時,含孔CFRP點陣夾層結(jié)構(gòu)的主要失效模式為節(jié)點脫粘和面板皺曲;有限元計算結(jié)果和實驗結(jié)果吻合較好,極限承載力的誤差約為9.1%;當開孔率φ1.3%時,CFRP點陣夾層結(jié)構(gòu)的彎曲承載能力與開孔形狀基本無關(guān);當開孔率1.3%≤φ8.5%時,含圓形孔夾層結(jié)構(gòu)的彎曲承載能力較大;當開孔率φ8.5%時,含方孔夾層結(jié)構(gòu)的彎曲承載能力較大;當開孔位于點陣夾層結(jié)構(gòu)的幾何中心或邊緣時,對彎曲承載能力影響較大。
[Abstract]:The failure modes and influencing factors of carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) lattice sandwich structures under out-of-plane loading were studied by means of experiment and finite element method. First, the failure modes of CFRP lattice sandwich structures with holes are obtained by experiments, and then the finite element progressive failure analysis model is established. The influence of opening ratio and hole position on the bending strength of the structure is discussed. The results show that the main failure modes of CFRP lattice sandwich structures with holes are joint debonding and panel wrinkle when the panels are thick, and the finite element results agree well with the experimental results. The error of ultimate bearing capacity is about 9.1; the bending bearing capacity of CFRP lattice sandwich structure is basically independent of the shape of the opening hole when the opening ratio is 1.3g; when the opening ratio is 1.3% 鈮,
