高爐渣棉吸聲板的制備與性能研究

【摘要】:隨著時代的進步社會的發(fā)展,人們對生活、工作、學習中的聲環(huán)境要求已越來越高。人們對吸聲材料的要求和需求量也越來越高,從以前對吸聲材料要求具有單一的吸聲功能,逐步發(fā)展向高吸聲性、環(huán)保性和經濟性等功能轉變。而高爐渣棉吸聲板是符合發(fā)展的一種產品,但目前我國市場上所銷售的吸聲板大多以醛類膠為粘結劑,這類粘結劑會在生產和使用過程中釋放甲醛,對人身體健康產生危害。因此環(huán)保型吸聲板的研制必然會成為發(fā)展趨勢。采用硅溶膠、硅溶膠與聚乙烯醇、甲基三甲氧基硅烷改性硅溶膠作為粘結劑,采用外觀為實心圓柱型,表面光滑平整,平均直徑為6.8μm,具有較好的分散性和耐堿性,但耐酸性稍差,并含有少量渣球的高爐渣棉纖維為原料,制備高爐渣棉吸聲板。通過對比實驗發(fā)現(xiàn):當采用半干法成型、烘干時間為6個小時、烘干溫度為120℃、硅溶膠濃度為25%、硅溶膠與聚乙烯醇配比為2:1、甲基三甲氧基硅烷改性硅溶膠配比為3:1,其中甲基三甲基硅烷改性硅溶膠作為表面憎水劑時制得的吸聲板的各項性能最好。各項指標分別為容重160.030kg/m3,抗壓強度15.60KPa,吸濕率0.530%,導熱系數(shù)0.0174W/(m·K),吸聲系數(shù)0.62,降噪系數(shù)0.65。通過各個指標對各種性能的影響分析,成型方法的不同對性能的影響有所不同,其中半干法成型優(yōu)于濕法成型制板;吸聲板的吸聲系數(shù)隨著厚度的增加、容重的增加而增加,但并不呈線性關系;吸聲板的壓縮性能和拉拔性能,隨著硅溶膠濃度的增加而增加;吸聲板的導熱系數(shù)隨著硅溶膠濃度的增加而增大;吸濕率隨著聚乙烯醇含量的增大而增大。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, people have higher and higher demands on the sound environment in life, work and study. The demand and demand for sound absorbing materials are more and more high. From the previous requirements of sound absorbing materials with a single sound absorption function, it has gradually developed into the functions of high sound absorption, environmental protection and economy. However, most of the sound absorption boards sold in our country at present use aldehydes as binders, which will release formaldehyde in the process of production and use, which is harmful to human health.
