片狀鋁粉的表面改性及其樹脂復(fù)合材料的介電性能控制

【摘要】:近年來(lái),電子產(chǎn)品微型化逐漸成為電子產(chǎn)業(yè)的主要發(fā)展方向,催生了無(wú)源電子器件尤其是嵌入式電容器的研究。嵌入式電容器材料中金屬填料/高分子復(fù)合材料具有介電常數(shù)高,色散小等優(yōu)點(diǎn),同時(shí)也存在著介電損耗高、溫度穩(wěn)定性低等缺點(diǎn)。本文采用新工藝對(duì)片狀鋁粉表面改性,制備了改性鋁粉/環(huán)氧樹脂復(fù)合材料,對(duì)修飾鋁粉及其復(fù)合材料的結(jié)構(gòu)和性能進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)研究,主要結(jié)果如下: (1)以空氣和微量水為氧化劑,通過溶液鈍化,制備了鈍化片狀鋁粉。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),空氣鈍化加厚了鋁粉自鈍化層Al2O3,鈍化膜均勻致密但薄,水鈍化鋁粉的二次鈍化膜覆蓋在自鈍化膜外測(cè),主要成分為Al(OH)3,表面疏松較厚。增厚鈍化膜可以增加鋁粉的電阻,減少漏電流;鈍化膜越厚,材料的電阻率越大,漏電流越小。比較發(fā)現(xiàn),Al(OH)3鈍化膜能更好地調(diào)節(jié)鈍化膜厚度,從而調(diào)節(jié)鋁粉電阻、漏電流,調(diào)控鋁粉/高分子復(fù)合材料的介電性能。(2)以有機(jī)分子OA、APS和ASA修飾片狀鋁粉,接枝率從大到小依次為ASA、OA和APS。這些鋁粉與環(huán)氧樹脂復(fù)合材料,隨著鋁粉填料含量的增加,介電常數(shù)和介電損耗都增大,Al-OA修飾鋁粉在質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為30%,室溫下測(cè)試頻率1kHz時(shí),與環(huán)氧樹脂復(fù)合材料的介電常數(shù)為49.80,介電損耗為0.049。修飾鋁粉/環(huán)氧樹脂復(fù)合材料的介電常數(shù)隨著電場(chǎng)頻率的升高而降低,在電場(chǎng)頻率較低時(shí)波動(dòng)較大,頻率升高時(shí)介電常數(shù)趨于平穩(wěn)數(shù),值略微降低;介電損耗則略微上升后逐漸降低;在25℃到130℃范圍內(nèi),介電常數(shù)和介電損耗均隨著溫度升高而略微升高,總體增長(zhǎng)幅度均在15%左右,,滿足嵌入式電容器的要求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the microminiaturization of electronic products has gradually become the main direction of the development of the electronic industry. The study of the passive electronic devices, especially the embedded capacitors, has the advantages of high dielectric constant and small dispersion in the embedded capacitor materials, and the dielectric loss is high, and the temperature stability is low in the same time. In this paper, a modified aluminum powder / epoxy resin composite was prepared by a new process, and the structure and properties of the modified aluminum powder and its composites were studied in detail. The main results are as follows:
(1) passivating flake aluminum powder was prepared by passivation with air and trace water as oxidizing agent. It was found that the passivation layer Al2O3 was thickened by air passivation, and the passivation film was uniform and thin, and the two passivation film of passivating aluminum powder was covered with self passivation film, the main component was Al (OH) 3, the surface looser was thicker, and the thickening passivation film could be increased. It is found that the Al (OH) 3 passivation film can better regulate the thickness of the passivation film, thus regulating the resistance, leakage current and regulating the dielectric properties of aluminum powder / polymer composites. (2) grafting of aluminum powder with organic molecules OA, APS and ASA, grafting. The rate from large to small is ASA, OA and APS., and the dielectric constant and dielectric loss increase with the increase of the content of the aluminum powder filler. The dielectric constant of the Al-OA modified aluminum powder is 30%. The dielectric constant of the epoxy resin composite is 49.80 and the dielectric loss is 0.049. modified aluminum when the test frequency is 1kHz at room temperature. The dielectric constant of the powder / epoxy resin composite decreases with the increase of the electric field frequency, and the dielectric constant tends to be stable when the frequency is low, and the dielectric constant decreases slightly, while the dielectric loss decreases slightly, and the dielectric constant and dielectric loss increase with the temperature range from 25 to 130. And slightly increased, the overall growth rate is around 15%, to meet the requirements of embedded capacitors.
