三維斜交機(jī)織復(fù)合材料細(xì)觀結(jié)構(gòu)與力學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:本文所研究的三維斜交機(jī)織復(fù)合材料是一種新型的三維機(jī)織復(fù)合材料,它不但具有傳統(tǒng)三維機(jī)織復(fù)合材料所共有的優(yōu)點(diǎn),還具有傳統(tǒng)三維機(jī)織復(fù)合材料所沒有的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì),值得深入研究。本文主要對(duì)以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了研究。首先,研究三維斜交機(jī)織預(yù)制件的機(jī)織工藝和紗線的空間走向,獲得了其紗線在空間的分布情況,直觀地展現(xiàn)了三維斜交機(jī)織復(fù)合材料的細(xì)觀結(jié)構(gòu)。根據(jù)三維斜交機(jī)織復(fù)合材料的細(xì)觀結(jié)構(gòu)和機(jī)織參數(shù),建立了三維斜交機(jī)織復(fù)合材料的單胞模型。其次,采用成熟的樹脂傳遞模塑工藝對(duì)三維斜交機(jī)織復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行復(fù)合成型,獲得了符合實(shí)驗(yàn)要求試驗(yàn)件;在MTS疲勞試驗(yàn)機(jī)上完成三維斜交機(jī)織復(fù)合材料的拉伸性能測(cè)試,得到三維斜交機(jī)織復(fù)合材料的楊氏模量和泊松比。接著,采用剛度平均法證明三維斜交機(jī)織復(fù)合材料是一種正交各向異性材料,并用該方法以及Kregers加權(quán)平均模型分別求解其剛度性能,得到了獨(dú)立的9個(gè)工程彈性常數(shù),并將理論預(yù)測(cè)的結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)比。最后,基于前述的單胞模型,用有限元分析計(jì)算得到了三維斜交機(jī)織復(fù)合材料的彈性常數(shù)并與實(shí)驗(yàn)值對(duì)比;利用Abaqus/Explicit進(jìn)行顯式動(dòng)態(tài)分析,通過用戶自定義材料VUMAT子程序,對(duì)損傷單元進(jìn)行剛度折減。分別采用Mises準(zhǔn)則和Puck準(zhǔn)則判斷基體和纖維材料的失效狀態(tài),模擬拉伸作用下的損傷過程,最終得到了三維斜交機(jī)織復(fù)合材料的強(qiáng)度性能。
[Abstract]:The three-dimensional skew woven composite material studied in this paper is a new type of three-dimensional woven composite. It not only has the common advantages of the traditional 3D woven composite material, but also has the unique advantages of the traditional 3D woven composite material, which is worthy of further study. The main purpose of this paper is to study the following aspects. The weaving process of three-dimensional skew woven preform and the spatial direction of yarn are investigated. The distribution of yarn in space is obtained, and the microstructure of the three-dimensional skew woven composite material is displayed intuitively. A single cell model of 3D skew woven composites is built on the basis of the microstructure and weaving parameters of the 3D skew woven composite fabric. Secondly, the mature resin transfer molding process was used to compounded the three-dimensional skew woven composites, and the test parts were obtained. The tensile properties of the 3D skew woven composites were tested on the MTS fatigue test machine, and the young's modulus and Poisson's ratio of the 3D skew woven composites were obtained. The degree averaging method proves that the three-dimensional skew woven composite material is a kind of orthotropic material, and uses this method and the Kregers weighted average model to solve its stiffness performance respectively. The independent 9 engineering elastic constants are obtained, and the results from the theoretical prediction are compared with the experimental results. The elastic constants of the three-dimensional skew woven composites were calculated and compared with the experimental values. The explicit dynamic analysis was carried out by Abaqus/Explicit. The stiffness reduction of the damage unit was reduced by the user custom material VUMAT subroutine. The failure state of the base body and fiber material was judged by the Mises criterion and the Puck criterion respectively. Finally, the strength properties of 3D skew woven composites were obtained by using the damage process.
