摻鉺銀型無(wú)機(jī)抗菌材料的制備與研究

【摘要】:利用溶膠-凝膠法制得白炭黑,并在制備時(shí)將稀土元素鉺和銀離子共同摻雜到白炭黑中,得到一種含稀土的新型無(wú)機(jī)抗菌材料。通過(guò)單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)得到最佳制備條件為:稀土元素鉺濃度0.005 mol·L~(-1),反應(yīng)溫度90℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間1 h。在此條件下利用平板涂布法進(jìn)行抗菌檢測(cè),發(fā)現(xiàn)銀-鉺抗菌白炭黑對(duì)大腸桿菌具有很好的殺菌效果,殺菌率達(dá)99.38%。采用XRD、FTIR、SEM和EDS等對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行表征,結(jié)果表明產(chǎn)品為無(wú)定形態(tài);稀土鉺和金屬銀的添加并沒(méi)有明顯改變白炭黑原有的結(jié)構(gòu);實(shí)驗(yàn)制備的樣品中含有稀土元素鉺和金屬銀,銀是附著在載體白炭黑上的,而稀土元素鉺則是單獨(dú)游離在材料中。
