樹(shù)脂交聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)特征對(duì)復(fù)合材料縱向壓縮性能的影響

【摘要】:通過(guò)選擇不同官能度的環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂,調(diào)節(jié)樹(shù)脂單體配比,獲得了不同固化交聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)的環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂基體,并與國(guó)產(chǎn)T800級(jí)碳纖維復(fù)合制備成碳纖維復(fù)合材料;研究不同交聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)的環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂基體對(duì)其T800級(jí)碳纖維復(fù)合材料縱向壓縮性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,隨著三官能團(tuán)樹(shù)脂含量升高,樹(shù)脂基體的交聯(lián)密度增大,樹(shù)脂基體模量增大,其對(duì)應(yīng)碳纖維復(fù)合材料單向?qū)雍习宀此杀冉档?碳纖維復(fù)合材料的縱向壓縮強(qiáng)度隨著樹(shù)脂基體交聯(lián)密度的增大而增大;樹(shù)脂基體交聯(lián)密度對(duì)單向復(fù)合材料層合板縱向壓縮模量的影響不明顯。
[Abstract]:The epoxy resin matrix with different curing and crosslinking structure was obtained by selecting epoxy resin with different functionalities and adjusting the ratio of resin monomer. Carbon fiber composites were prepared by blending with T800 grade carbon fiber made in China. The effect of epoxy resin matrix with different crosslinking structure on the longitudinal compression properties of T800 grade carbon fiber composites was studied. The results show that with the increase of resin content, the crosslinking density and modulus of resin matrix increase, and the Poisson's ratio of unidirectional laminated carbon fiber composites decreases. The longitudinal compressive strength of carbon fiber composites increases with the increase of resin matrix crosslinking density, while the influence of resin matrix crosslinking density on longitudinal compression modulus of unidirectional composite laminates is not obvious.
