功能化納米多孔材料的合成及催化性能初探

【摘要】:多孔材料由于其大的比表面積、均一的孔徑以及可調(diào)控的骨架組成而受到了廣泛研究關(guān)注。其廣泛應(yīng)用于催化、吸附、分離、氣體存儲(chǔ)等領(lǐng)域。本論文致力于合成氨基功能化的多孔聚合物材料、功能化的多級孔沸石催化劑以及可磁分離的功能化多孔碳材料,系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)行了對上述功能化多孔材料在催化精細(xì)化學(xué)品合成及水中有機(jī)染料吸附中的應(yīng)用研究。第一章簡單概述了多孔材料的類型、研究進(jìn)展。結(jié)合在多孔材料研究中需要解決的問題,提出了本文的課題研究目標(biāo)及意義。第二章中在無模板的條件下通過溶劑熱制備了具有大的比表面積的多孔聚合物,然后通過硝化、還原的方法得到了催化性能優(yōu)異的納米多孔固體堿。然后對該材料的堿催化活性進(jìn)行了研究,并且對其豐富的多孔結(jié)構(gòu)、獨(dú)特的超疏水特性和針對二氧化碳的抗毒化作用進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明該材料具有豐富的納米孔結(jié)構(gòu),催化活性位點(diǎn)多,超疏水,對二氧化碳不敏感等特點(diǎn),這對于它們應(yīng)用于綠色和可持續(xù)堿催化過程,催化制備各種高附加值的精細(xì)化學(xué)品具有重要的潛在應(yīng)用價(jià)值。第三章中制備了具有b軸生長,負(fù)載Pd和過渡金屬氧化物的介孔ZSM-5沸石單晶(ZSM-5-OM-PdO_x-Mo_x)。然后對該種材料在催化氧化方面進(jìn)行了探索,并對其獨(dú)特的孔結(jié)構(gòu)和沸石分子篩骨架進(jìn)行了表征。通過研究表明,ZSM-OM-PdO_x-MO_x具有豐富的納米孔和高度結(jié)晶度的骨架結(jié)構(gòu),Pd和過渡金屬的活性物種均勻分散于ZSM-5-OM孔道中,其顯示出獨(dú)特的相互作用,有利于活化氧氣分子,進(jìn)而增強(qiáng)其選擇性催化氧化的能力。第四章中制備了具有部分石墨化骨架和表面潤濕性可控的規(guī)則介孔碳材料。合成過程中鐵物種的引入賦予了材料新穎的磁分離特性(PR-Fe-P123-800和PR-Ni-P123-800)。然后對該種材料關(guān)于水中污染物的選擇性吸附性能進(jìn)行了研究,并對其獨(dú)特的石墨化結(jié)構(gòu)、磁分離和規(guī)則介孔結(jié)構(gòu)等方面進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明,PR-Fe-P123-800和PR-Ni-P123-800材料獨(dú)特的磁分類性和吸附性質(zhì)對于它們用于除去水中的各種有機(jī)污染物具有重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Porous materials have attracted much attention due to their large specific surface area, uniform pore size and controllable skeleton composition. It is widely used in catalysis, adsorption, separation, gas storage and other fields. This thesis is devoted to the synthesis of amino functionalized porous polymer materials, functionalized multiporous zeolite catalysts and magnetic separable functional porous carbon materials. The applications of the functionalized porous materials in the synthesis of fine chemicals and the adsorption of organic dyes in water were systematically studied. In the first chapter, the types and progress of porous materials are briefly summarized. Combined with the problems that need to be solved in the study of porous materials, the research goal and significance of this paper are put forward. In the second chapter, porous polymers with large specific surface area were prepared by solvothermal method without template, and then nano-porous solid bases with excellent catalytic performance were obtained by nitrification and reduction. Then the alkali-catalyzed activity of the material was studied, and its rich porous structure, unique superhydrophobic properties and anti-toxic effect against carbon dioxide were characterized. The results show that the material has rich nano-pore structure, many catalytic active sites, superhydrophobicity, insensitivity to carbon dioxide, and so on, which can be used in green and sustainable alkali-catalyzed processes. The catalytic preparation of various fine chemicals with high added value has important potential application value. In chapter 3, mesoporous ZSM-5 single crystals with b-axis growth, supported PD and transition metal oxides have been prepared. Then the catalytic oxidation of the material was investigated, and its unique pore structure and zeolite framework were characterized. The results show that ZSM-OM-PdOx-MOX has abundant nano-pores and highly crystallized skeleton structure, PD and active species of transition metals are uniformly dispersed in the ZSM-5-OM pore channel, which shows unique interaction and is beneficial to the activation of oxygen molecules. Furthermore, the ability of selective catalytic oxidation was enhanced. In chapter 4, regular mesoporous carbon materials with partially graphitized framework and controllable surface wettability were prepared. The introduction of iron species in the synthesis process gives the materials novel magnetic separation characteristics PR-Fe-P123-800 and PR-Ni-P123-800. Then the selective adsorption of pollutants in water was studied, and its unique graphitization structure, magnetic separation and regular mesoporous structure were characterized. The results show that the special magnetic classification and adsorption properties of PR-Fe-P123-800 and PR-Ni-P123-800 have important application value for their application in the removal of various organic pollutants in water.
