金屬硫硒化物半導(dǎo)體納米材料的制備與性質(zhì)研究

【摘要】:金屬硫硒化物半導(dǎo)體納米材料由于其優(yōu)異的光、電、熱、磁等方面的性質(zhì)在諸多領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。本論文旨在膠體化學(xué)合成領(lǐng)域中,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)相對簡單、綠色、普適的合成體系去可控制備高質(zhì)量金屬硫硒化物半導(dǎo)體納米材料。 在油相體系下,我們以相對綠色、廉價(jià)的油酸(OA)、油胺(OAm)為表面活性劑,在相對溫和的反應(yīng)條件下,一步制備得到了二元PbSe、三元AgInSe2及新穎的四元Cu3AlSnS5半導(dǎo)體納米晶。制備的金屬硫硒化物納米晶呈現(xiàn)出了純的物相結(jié)構(gòu)、良好的油溶性、單分散性、高結(jié)晶性、均一的形貌及較窄的尺寸分布。深入研究了納米晶的形成過程及生長規(guī)律,并對其尺寸形貌、組成等方面進(jìn)行了有效調(diào)控。 在水相體系下,我們開發(fā)了新穎的且能夠直接、快速、高效與眾多簡單的金屬前驅(qū)物反應(yīng)的1,,5二(3-甲基咪唑-2-硒酮)戊烷(Pbis)作為新穎的硒前驅(qū)物,制備得到了高質(zhì)量水溶性的CdSe空心納米球、Bi2Se3納米盤、ZnSe納米線以及納米花狀PbSe等一系列金屬硒化物納米材料,并通過改變實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對粒子在形貌尺寸、物相結(jié)構(gòu)等方面的可控制備。 在此基礎(chǔ)上,我們還對所制備的一系列高質(zhì)量的金屬硫硒化物半導(dǎo)體納米材料的光、電、熱等方面的性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了研究,為其進(jìn)一步在生物、太陽能電池、熱電轉(zhuǎn)換器等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Metal sulfur selenides semiconductor nanomaterials have been widely used in many fields due to their excellent optical, electrical, thermal and magnetic properties. In the field of colloidal chemistry synthesis, we designed and developed a relatively simple, green and universal synthesis system to prepare high quality metal sulphoselenides semiconductor nanomaterials. Binary PbSe2, ternary AgInSe2 and novel quaternary Cu3AlSnS5 semiconductor nanocrystalline were prepared in one step by using cheap oleic acid OAA and OAmA as surfactants under relatively mild reaction conditions. The nanocrystalline of metal sulfur selenides showed pure phase structure, good oil solubility, monodispersity, high crystallinity, uniform morphology and narrow size distribution. The formation process and growth law of nanocrystals were studied, and the size, morphology and composition of nanocrystals were effectively regulated. As a novel precursor of selenium, 1 / 5 dimethyl imidazole-3-methylimidazole-2-selenone) pentane (Pbis), which highly reacts with many simple metal precursors, is used as a novel precursor of selenium. A series of high quality and water-soluble CdSe hollow nanospheres, such as ZnSe nanowires and nanoscale PbSe nanomaterials, were prepared. The morphology and size of the nanoparticles were obtained by changing the experimental parameters. On the basis of this, we have also studied the optical, electrical and thermal properties of a series of high quality metal sulfur selenides semiconductor nanomaterials. Solar cells, thermoelectric converters and other fields of application laid the foundation.
