一種高性能輕質(zhì)環(huán)氧樹脂納米復(fù)合材料的研究

【摘要】:將有機(jī)蒙脫土(OMMT)和納米TiO_2添加到環(huán)氧樹脂(EP)中,制備了EP/OMMT/納米TiO_2復(fù)合材料,通過掃描電子顯微鏡、透射電子顯微鏡、X射線衍射儀、綜合熱分析儀及萬能試驗(yàn)機(jī)等對(duì)復(fù)合材料的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、熱穩(wěn)定性能及力學(xué)性能等進(jìn)行了研究與表征。結(jié)果表明,復(fù)合材料中OMMT的層狀結(jié)構(gòu)被完全分解為二維納米單片,與零維的納米TiO_2球形成交錯(cuò)結(jié)構(gòu);當(dāng)復(fù)合納米填料含量為5份時(shí),EP/OMMT/納米TiO_2復(fù)合材料拉伸模量、拉伸強(qiáng)度、彎曲模量、彎曲強(qiáng)度、缺口沖擊強(qiáng)度、玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度、熱分解溫度分別提高了154.8%、81.5%、21.1%、25.3%、65.6%、11.3℃和15.3℃。
[Abstract]:EP/OMMT/ nanocomposites were prepared by adding organic montmorillonite (OMMT) and nano-sized TiO_2 into epoxy resin. The EP/OMMT/ nanocomposites were prepared by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) with X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The microstructure, thermal stability and mechanical properties of the composites were studied and characterized by comprehensive thermal analyzer and universal testing machine. The results show that the layered structure of OMMT in the composite is completely decomposed into two dimensional nanocrystalline monoliths and interlaced with the zero dimensional nanometer-sized TiO_2 spheres, and the tensile modulus and tensile strength of EP- / OMMT / TiO_2 composites are obtained when the composite nano-filler content is 5 phr. The bending modulus, flexural strength, notched impact strength, glass transition temperature and thermal decomposition temperature were increased by 154.8 and 21.51%, respectively, and 65.6 鈩,
