【摘要】：為了研究復(fù)合材料風(fēng)力機(jī)葉片的彎扭耦合效應(yīng),將風(fēng)力機(jī)葉片簡(jiǎn)化為對(duì)稱(chēng)非均勻鋪層層合板梁,采用實(shí)驗(yàn)和數(shù)值分析方法研究耦合區(qū)域?qū)θ~片彎扭耦合效應(yīng)的影響。給出了對(duì)稱(chēng)非均勻?qū)雍习辶旱匿亴臃绞郊捌渲谱鞴に?設(shè)計(jì)了對(duì)稱(chēng)非均勻?qū)雍习辶旱膹澟ゑ詈闲?yīng)實(shí)驗(yàn),給出了實(shí)驗(yàn)原理及測(cè)量方法,測(cè)量了對(duì)稱(chēng)非均勻?qū)雍习辶旱膿隙群团まD(zhuǎn)角�；贏NSYS軟件建立了對(duì)稱(chēng)非均勻?qū)雍习辶旱挠邢拊Ｐ?計(jì)算了在集中力載荷作用下梁的變形。通過(guò)有限元數(shù)值分析結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)比,結(jié)果表明:耦合區(qū)域?qū)?duì)稱(chēng)非均勻?qū)雍习辶旱淖冃涡袨楫a(chǎn)生重要影響,采用中部耦合區(qū)域鋪層方式可以獲得顯著的彎扭耦合效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the bending and torsion coupling effect of the blade of a composite material wind turbine, the blade of the wind turbine is simplified as a symmetrical and nonuniform layer laminate beam. The effect of the coupling region on the bending and torsion coupling effect of the blade is studied by experiment and numerical analysis. The experimental principle and measurement method of the bending and torsion coupling effect of the uniform laminated plate beam are given. The deflection and torsion angle of the symmetrical inhomogeneous laminate beam are measured. Based on the ANSYS software, the finite element model of the symmetrical inhomogeneous laminate beam is set up. The deformation of the beam under the load of the concentrated force is calculated. The results of the finite element numerical analysis and the results of the finite element analysis are given. The experimental results show that the coupling region has an important influence on the deformation behavior of the symmetrical inhomogeneous laminate beam, and a significant bending and torsional coupling effect can be obtained by using the middle coupling zone layer mode.
