光敏聚合物薄膜光化學(xué)性能及其誘導(dǎo)液晶分子取向性能的研究

【摘要】:本文采用動(dòng)態(tài)紫外光譜法測試了含有香豆素光敏基團(tuán)的聚合物薄膜的光化學(xué)性能,考察了不同曝光溫度和曝光能量條件下的光敏聚合物的光化學(xué)性能,以及不同熱處理?xiàng)l件下聚合物薄膜誘導(dǎo)液晶分子取向性能。研究結(jié)果表明:在曝光溫度為130℃時(shí),聚合物薄膜在最小曝光量下發(fā)生光化學(xué)反應(yīng)后產(chǎn)生的光學(xué)各向異性ΔA達(dá)到最大,并且對應(yīng)光反應(yīng)程度DP在45%左右;當(dāng)曝光能量為320mJ/cm~2和384mJ/cm~2、對應(yīng)熱處理溫度為160℃時(shí),聚合物薄膜誘導(dǎo)液晶分子取向所產(chǎn)生的各向異性ΔA和有序度參數(shù)S達(dá)到最大,分別為0.22和0.048。
[Abstract]:The photochemical properties of polymer films containing coumarin Guang Min groups were measured by dynamic ultraviolet spectroscopy. The photochemical properties of Guang Min polymers at different exposure temperatures and exposure energies were investigated.
