農(nóng)用低溫相變蓄熱材料磷酸氫二鈉的制備與性能研究

【摘要】:選取十二水磷酸氫二鈉為主要相變材料,對其進(jìn)行相變蓄熱體系性能的研究,通過添加增稠劑、成核劑、輔助蓄熱劑、熔點控制劑等,對比研究不同比例添加劑對相變蓄熱材料性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,20 g的Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O中添加增稠劑硅酸鈉0.7 g和成核劑石墨0.7 g的復(fù)合體系結(jié)晶溫度為33.0℃,過冷度基本消除,結(jié)晶時間26 min。分別添加6 mL的水和10 g的尿素可提高蓄熱體系的蓄熱能力。添加KCl可有效降低相變溫度,但過冷度增大,加入1.6 g,體系相變溫度為27.0℃,適宜作物生長。
[Abstract]:The properties of phase change heat storage system were studied by adding thickening agent, nucleating agent, auxiliary heat storage agent, melting point controlling agent and so on, in which sodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate was selected as the main phase change material.
