【摘要】：對玻璃纖維增強復合軟管進行短期爆破壓力試驗,建立內壓載荷下玻纖軟管有限元模型進行模擬仿真計算,在此基礎上,研究提出了玻纖軟管爆破壓力的理論求解方法。將三者進行對比分析,結果表明:在一定內壓作用下,加強層所受到的力遠大于內外層,說明了玻纖軟管的加強層承擔大部分內壓載荷;玻纖纏繞角度大于45°且小于80°時,抗內壓能力逐漸增強,59°為玻纖軟管設計中最優(yōu)纏繞角度;適當減小管道的徑厚比,可以提高管道承受內壓的能力。
[Abstract]:The short term blasting pressure test of glass fiber reinforced composite hose was carried out and the finite element model of glass fiber hose under internal pressure was simulated. On this basis, the theoretical solution method of blasting pressure of glass fiber hose was put forward. The comparison and analysis of the three cases were carried out. The results showed that under certain internal pressure, the reinforced layer was subjected to a certain pressure. The force is far greater than the inner and outer layers, indicating that the reinforced layer of the glass fiber hose bears most of the internal pressure load; when the angle of the glass fiber is greater than 45 degrees and less than 80 degrees, the resistance to internal pressure is increased gradually, and the 59 degree is the optimal winding angle in the design of the glass fiber hose, and the proper reduction of the diameter to thickness ratio of the pipe can improve the capacity of the pipeline to withstand the internal pressure.
