炭黑填充導電涂層耐候性研究

【摘要】:采用環(huán)氧樹脂E-51為基體材料制備導電涂層材料,通過改變炭黑添加量、固化時間、固化溫度、固化劑當量、稀釋劑含量,考查其電阻率的變化來表征其耐低溫、耐濕熱以及耐老化性能。研究結果表明,當炭黑含量21%,稀釋劑含量20%,固化劑當量0.8,固化溫度80℃,固化時間4 h時,導電涂層材料具有最佳的耐老化性能。這種方法制備的導電涂層材料的耐老化與耐低溫性能較好,電阻率穩(wěn)定,并且通過添加柔性稀釋劑可大幅提高材料的耐濕熱性能。
[Abstract]:Epoxy resin E-51 was used to prepare conductive coating material. The low temperature resistance was characterized by changing the amount of carbon black, curing time, curing temperature, curing agent equivalent, diluent content, and the change of resistivity.
